Delivery Policy

At SHC Live, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process for all our customers. Please review our delivery policy below:

Local Live Shows:

  • Delivery dates and timing for Local Food Live shows will be provided to customers for selection upon purchase confirmation. Delivery is estimated to take 1-2 weeks from the date of Live, unless otherwise mentioned during live shows. 
  • We strive to deliver orders for Local Food Live shows in a timely manner to ensure freshness and quality. However, please note that delivery timing may vary based on factors such as weather conditions and location.

 

Overseas Live Shows:

  • For all overseas Live shows, delivery is estimated to take 4 to 6 weeks from the date of Live.
  • Please be advised that delivery times may vary depending on Singapore's customs clearance process and local postal services.
  • Any specific remarks regarding delivery instructions or preferences will be followed on a best-effort basis. While we endeavor to accommodate customer preferences, please understand that certain factors beyond our control may impact the delivery process.

 

Order Tracking:

  • Customers will receive a notification via email/SMS once their order has been arranged.
  • With the provided tracking number, customers can monitor the status of their shipment and estimated delivery date.

 

Delivery Charges:

  • Customers will be informed of the delivery charges prior to completing their purchase.
  • Live show hosts will also mention delivery charges during the Live for clarity.
