At SHC Live, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund. Please review our refund policy below:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • A refund will only be issued if the item purchased from SHC Live exhibits a manufacturing defect or arrives damaged.
  • To be eligible for a refund, customers must report any defect or damage within 48 hours of receiving the item.

How to Request a Refund:

  • To request a refund, please WHATSAPP our Delivery Support within 48 hours of receiving the item via FB messenger or telegram. Please provide your Facebook name, Live show that the item was purchased and details and/or image of the defect or damage.
  • Delivery Support will review your request and may require additional information or documentation to process your refund.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of approval.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Please note that certain items may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to: 
    • Items that have been altered, or damaged by the customer.
    • Issues raised after the specified time frame.
